Contra Mundum: The Church as the Community of Resistance

We’ll be exploring how the church,by just being what it is, presents us with a community that is an alternative to, and therefore engaged in resistance to the reign in our lives of the modern state and the market. The chief tool for this will be a look at the ancient rite of the Great Vigil of Easter.

Born and reared in Tampa, Florida.

Associate in Arts from Hillsborough Community College and Bachelor of Arts in Religious Education from Florida Beacon College.

Started out as nondenominational charismatic evangelical and wound up as postmodern Anglocatholic

Worships at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Tampa and works with Bruce Wright of the Refuge in St. Petersburg
